• About RazrRak™

RazrRak is where form meets function. We spent more than a year coming up with our first product design, the RazrRak scooter rack / scooter stand, because we knew that today's consumer not only wants products that are durable and affordable but they want them without sacrificing style.

In fact, we were so proud of our first product we named the company after it! But today, we have extended beyond the original scooter rack into skateboards and we have more and more products on the way to help customers get organized.

We agree that style and substance are possible and we strive to deliver products that solve everyday home / garage organization needs in an innovative fashion.

• Product Returns

Please follow the appropriate return process outlined below.

RETAILER RETURNS
A minimum of 10 units are required for any return processing. Please mail your returns to:

CONSUMER RETURNS
Please return your RazrRak to the retail store where you purchased it for replacement or refund.

• Product Warrantees

RazrRak happily warrantees that its products are free from any manufacturer defects. RazrRak will not warrantee damage to its products as a result of negligence or due to any use different from its intended purpose.

• Production Capabilities

RazrRak manufactures its products to meet the most demanding schedule. Our capacity follows:

Normal Operations:
1600 units per day / 422,400 units per year

High-Demand Operations:
2200 units per day / 803,000 units per year

• EDI Capabilities

RazrRak uses CovalentWorks for EDI compliance services. CovalentWorks has experience with hundreds of EDI trading partners and RazrRak can support any EDI document format and version that our customers require. RazrRak is capable of quickly and efficiently exchanging EDI transactions.
